Registered Nursing and Behavioral Science earn CE credit for both

Participants must have paid tuition fee, signed in, attended the entire seminar,
completed an evaluation, and signed out, in order to receive a certificate of
completion/attendance. Participants not fulfilling these requirements will not
receive a certificate. Failure to sign in or out will result in forfeiture of
credit for the entire course. No exceptions will be made. Partial credit is not
available. Early registrants will receive certificates at the end of the
seminar. Others will receive them by mail. Refunds/Cancellations:
If canceling 3 or more days prior to seminar, registrant receives full refund
minus a $10 processing fee. If canceling within 3 days of seminar date, or in
the event of nonattendance, or in the event of cancellation of the seminar due
to factors outside our control, registrant receives voucher for full tuition to
any other seminar we offer. Refunds/vouchers will be given within 10 business
days.   Approved by the California Department of Consumer Affairs for continuing
